Antonis Lefteri - Culinary Mastermind

Chef Antonis Lefteri is the creative force behind Bellini’s kitchen. With over 20 years of international experience across Africa and Europe, he has developed a distinctive culinary identity grounded in Mediterranean tradition and global refinement. Trained at the esteemed Silwood School of Cookery in Cape Town, where he graduated with the coveted Grande Diplôme Cordon Bleu, Chef Antonis gained early recognition for his work at award-winning restaurants like La Colombe, one of the top restaurants in the world at the time.

Throughout his career, he has led high-performing kitchen teams in Cyprus, Germany, and South Africa, overseeing menu development, restaurant launches, and large-scale operations, including catering for over 800 guests daily. His leadership has transformed both boutique restaurants and multi-venue groups, with a signature approach that prioritises premium ingredients, local sourcing, and inventive presentations. At Bellini, Chef Antonis blends Italian authenticity with African flair, delivering bold, elegant, and memorable dishes that reflect his culinary journey.
